On October 18, 2010 we bought a 2007 Nissan Maxima from Keffer Kia. I was impressed by the fact that there was no high pressure. The car had a dealer warranty and we discovered a problem. We had to retern the car to the service department twice. There was never any question as to whether they would fix the problem. Karri McLendon was very courteous and helpful. We are very pleased with the car.

I asked to fill out a survey because I am a very pleased NEW customer. I walked into your service department at 4:50 asking to make an appointment for an Oil change, I explaind that I was concerned that I was seriously low on oil. Karri, explained that she could make an appt. for me since the dept was already closed, but she felt that she should take me right away. Indeed, her report to me was that my car is leaking oil and she advised me on some others concerns with my car. This is the kind of service that creates customer loyalty. Thank you for your fair pricing and your service driven staff. I will surely tell my husband and share with friends about the experience we had.

I certainly appreciate the service personnel here at Keffer Kia. When I call and have a problem, Kerry is always supportive and attentive to listen to what the issue maybe. Upon arrival, I am greeted as if I a a part of a family and that I am not just another person walking through their door. I certainly appreciate being made to feel that I'm not stupid or just wasting time, when the gremlins cannot be found.
