I certainly appreciate the service personnel here at Keffer Kia.  When I call and have a problem, Kerry is always supportive and attentive to listen to what the issue maybe.  Upon arrival, I am greeted as if I a a part of a family and that I am not just another person walking through their door.  I certainly appreciate being made to feel that I'm not stupid or just wasting time, when the gremlins cannot be found.  From the salesman, to the service manager, service technicians, I give my praise for their outstanding work.  Thank you so much for the outstanding service and friendship.
