I wanted to buy a more dependable car for my wife and she looked on line and found the car she had wanted, so we made an appt, to meet with Sean Craig, and he brought the car around to where we were at, we were looking into the dark grey Sportage, but when he brought out the Sand Brown, my wife and I both wanted that color, and she test droved it and she loved it, and Sean was very helpful setting up the bluetooth in the car for her, she was having trouble at first with the phone, but now she knows how to do it to call me when she gets off work,  I want to send a big thank you to Sean Craig for his wonderful service he provided for the both of us.

I feel that Chris Fann really took advantage of me by first telling me that they were having record month and had some extra incentive money and could get me into the Kia Sedona Van that we wanted.  I was really satisfied with the car and went along with the deal.  I signed all papers while waiting on car to be cleaned up.  Finance man said that the payment was $660 or close and we agreed but he failed to tell me that they had changed the length from 72 months to 75 months and he knew that we would not go along with that and it would have not been discovered had I not looked at the papers when I got home and they also insisted on me signing the form stating that we couldn't back out of the deal or no cooling off period and I didn't know why that was so important until I found that they had changed the original contract. from 72 to 75 months. I feel that something from the Kia company or Keefer Kia should take place but I was told by Chris that nothing could be done.  I HOPE THAT KEEFER KIA OR KIA COMPANY DOESN'T NEED MONEY SO BAD THAT THEY HAVE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS OR ME LIKE THEY DID.  I promise that I will not do business with your company any more and will do my best to let people know what was done with the finance papers knowing that we wouldn't take time to read all those papers.  Up until today, I would have given your company a good recommendation but no more. Keffer Kia is AWFUL. I have and apparently plan to keep my 2001 Ford Expedition XLT Triton 5.4 V8 with 3rd row seating, power windows, doors, locks, mirrors, and 3rd row heat and air. Everything works on the car the mileage is a little high and needs a little tlc. THEY OFFERED ME 900 DOLLARS!!!! They can shove that 900 dollar offer right where it belongs! Look on craigslist adds for cars IDENTICAL to my car on craigslist are between 3800 and 4000 RIGHT NOW! The only reason I was looking to get rid of it was gas prices. SCREW KEFFER KIA!

My husband and I have looking at vehicles for awhile.  Every other dealership we have went to it seemed like we were getting the run around.  I saw the 2012 Kia Optima on line and called the dealership.  I spoke to Shawn Tate and made an appointment with him to test drive the car.  The test drive was great and coming to a figure to buy the car wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  We did not get the run around from Shawn.  Thanks, Shawn

For me a car is something to get me safely from point A to point B.   I'm not that interested in shopping around, much less haggling at a car dealership.

I drove 2 hours to the  Keffer Dealership to test drive the car I wanted.   I must say it was truly a pleasure.  Shawn Tate, a very nice gentleman,  was wonderful.   He was there to help me,  not to pressure me.   I would recommend him to anyone.   Karri and Brian also helped make the whole transaction go smoothly.

I had a brief discussion with Shawn a few days earlier and since there were no dealerships near me, decided to shop around.  I gathered pricing from 7 dealerships on the same model that I wanted and Keffer beat all of the prices.  While I was checking pricing, the exact car I wanted was sold that morning, but the dealership called and let me know and even got me an upgraded car for a minimal increase.  

It was a very painful fast experience and I'd recommend the dealership and Shawn and his management team to anyone.

After looking at several different Crossovers, we settled on a 2012 KIA Sorento.  Thanks to the kind salesmanship of Tonya Collins, we were able to make a great deal with very little dickering.  It took longer for the Finance Department to get the paperwork ready than for us to make our decision to make this purchase.

WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! I read the reviews here before going to the Keffer Kia Delearship in Mooresville. I was very impressed with the retings here. So we decided to give it a go. We went there and the sales person (Shawn) was very helpful and friendly in the begining. We were happy with the test drive of the Sorento 2012, He helped us with the finance stuff intially. We booked the car next day, and got the delivery scheduled in the evening. So far so good .. we were happy!! Disappointment starts once we got the car! Without any discount/rebate we got the car which is defective!! Brand new out of the box with the rearview camera not working!! The salesperson told this a minor fault with the adjustment and will be repaired next day. Next saturday we went to the delearship to get the camera repaired. After waiting 1 hour they finally told us that they are ordering a new parts!! so basically what we got is a car which is not quality control passed!! as i know each of every car Kia sales are checked by their Quality Dept! Its been another week and we didnt get any response from them yet about the parts delivery! I am from a different country recently moved here, the example of integrity/honesty shown by this Car delearship is rather questionable!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED and FRUSTRETED!!! (in caps intentionally). I would never recomend anyone to go either !!

I was treated with the utmost respect and was given the treatment of a queen. first of all I went for a test drive to where I wanted to go and then I was given the options of all it entailed. while making out the paperwork to see if I qualified, I enjoyed every minute of waiting to find out if I would own my new Sorento as everyone was so nice and offered comfot ad joking to relieve my tensions about wheather or not I would own this new Kia Sorento. I felt as if I was at home and surrounded by family. I have never been treated so good when it comes to buying a vehicle that this special experience has changed the way I feel about buying a new vehicle and salesmen in general . Just bought a 2011 Optima SX.  Salesman Darren Chapman was the best!  Impressed us as being a person we would feel comfortable dealing with, no high pressure, very knowledgeable, went the extra mile to get us a great deal.  Having had bad experiences in the past with dealership "tactics", we were "on guard" when the dreaded time came for Darren to introduce us to the sales manager, Chris Fann,  to negotiate the deal.  Upon introduction, we realized we had dealt with him years ago at a previous dealership -- and he remembered us too.   Chris had been fair and honest with us then, so we  immediately had a sense of relief, knowing we could trust him to treat us fairly with this deal.   He was fantastic!  Chris did everything within his means to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for, including locating the color we wanted from a different location within the time frame he promised, and even getting us "extras" while staying within our budget; but then he went above and beyond.  After signing the paperwork in the finance office (also a very pleasant, non-pressure situation) Chris saw we were not completely happy about one issue, and both Darren and Chris seemed visibly upset -- I mean, it's something almost unheard of in business practices today, but  THESE TWO GUYS ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, even AFTER they know they had the deal finalized!   They did not want us to leave without feeling 100 percent satisfied with the whole transaction, and made efforts to ensure that.  We had planned to buy our new car locally, but are so glad that we decided to go out of town to Keffer Kia, because despite how dealers try to confuse you with numbers, this has been one of those rare car buying experiences where we really feel we were treated fairly and not "taken advantage of".    It's so important to find a dealership nowadays that is trustworthy -- but you can put your full confidence in Keffer Kia.  We highly recommend Keffer Kia,  and definitely would go back for future car purchases.  The atmosphere is friendly, service people were polite and efficient, and the whole car-buying experience was a pleasure, especially thanks to Darren and Chris!    P.S.  I LOVE THE CAR!!!!

We bought a new 2012 Sorento last friday 8-26-11.  We had a very good experience.  Our saleslady Tonya was very knowledgeable, friendly and helped us to negotiatea a very good deal with the sles manager Chris Fann.  The service dep. checked out an airbag light in minutes. 

This was the best experience buying a car we have ever had.  We will probably be trading our Ford Ranger on another car in the very near future.  Mooresville Kia is the place to buy.

Although we ultimately did not get to purchase a vehicle from Keffer Kia, it was a pleasant experience overall. Sales person Shawn Tate and Financial Mgr, Chris, tried very hard to come to an agreement on a deal. We spent 4 hrs there on Memorial Day trying to reach a purchase and Keffer did a very admirable job trying to reach the terms with what we needed. My fiance' and I were in a unique situation and we knew we were asking for a difficult achievement - so there were no hard feelings whatsoever that the deal didn't come through. We really liked the Sorento and hopefully some day one of those can be in our driveway!

 My wife and I just purchased a Kia Sorento from Sean today.  This was one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences ever.  I've purchased many cars from Charlotte to Charleston, SC.  I've never had a salesman take the time to go over specific details from the owners manual.  Once the finance office details were finished, Sean took us to our new car and showed us in detail, the many options and features that sold us on our car,  Sean is an asset to Keffer and I will return for future purchases.  Sean, Steve, and Ron made our experience enjoyable, much better than the normal high pressure routine.  I'll be back!

Bought a second car from Richie Carter on May 6, 2011; bought my first from him Jan. 2010 and was buying this one for my sister who needed a great pre owned dependable car.  Richie walked me around all the cars, suggesting this one or that; but, he really concentrated on finding one just right for my sister Kathy's needs.  He found the perfect one, a low mileage Toyota Highlander in nearly perfect like new condition and suggested to me that this one would be perfect.

Richie was right; it is perfect; and, he worked with everyone at Keffer to make us a good and fair deal and delivered everything he said he would to make it a perfect fit and sale.

Ritchie and Shawn Craig made my car buying painless. I had my doubts about getting a new car. We could never come upon agreement. Friday morning I called and told Ritichie that we should not go forward with the purchase of a new car.  I was not getting the deal I wanted. That afternoon Ritchie called me with a deal I could not turn down. Ritchie continued to work after I had lost all hope. When we came into Keffer Kia the following day to pick up our car and met the Keffer staff and felt right at home. Come to find out Ritchie's wife works with a friend of mine. Shawn grew up with my husbands friend and the lady in the service dept is the sister of my sons wrestling coach. What a small world. I bought a 2011 Sorento from Brandon. He was very helpful even though it was pouring down rain. He did not hesitate to go get the car for a test drive and to go out and evaluate my trade in. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Kia. Over all it was a pleasant experience thanks to Brandon. It was like dealing with a friend.

i dont see his name on the roster but, Sean Craig is probably one of the nicest sales rep i have ever met. I bought a 2007 Chevy HHR and it was my first car that i ever bought from a dealership. Sean helped me work with exactly what i had as far as money goes. Sean walked me through from saying hi to giving me the cow bell to ring for my purchase (awesome). i dont like to sound cheesy but i actually felt like i was dealing with a friend the whole time. I went to randy marion (across the street) about a year ago and i waited by myself for hours just to be asked for more money and ultimately denied. Sean Craig and Keffer Kia made me and my family very happy. My wife loves having a car to tote around our 3 month old daughter around in. once again thanks Sean Craig and Keffer Kia.

We purchased a 2011 Kia Optima on 2/21. We love this car! Shawn was great to work with - no pressure and very patient. We have already recommended Keffer Kia to friends and family.

I knew i was at the right place to buy this car when i met Shawn. Shawn did not pressure me in any way  and was available to answer all my questions. I knew before getting to the lot of what inventory was on the lot and i had a vehicle in mind. Shawn was instrumental in helping me with the information on the vehicle and didnt try to sell me something i didnt want. Shawn was very courteous and was able to multi task as the lot was extremely busy on Saturday. I would recommend friends and family to visit the delaership and would more than comfortable in Shawn also treating them with dignity and respect.

Overall I am pleased with my purchase. I am a little annoyed at the office staff for not shipping the necessary documents, but the sales staff made it up to me by throwing in a new remote for the vehicle. I was supposed to get the car tomorrow Wednesday Feburary 09, 2011. I will get the car on Thursday Feburary 10, 2011. I think the sales representitive was very polite and he absolutely assured me of his apology for the wait. Overall Keffer Kia is a great business and I hope to purchase my next vehicle from your location. Thank you Brian and thank you Keffer Kia.

I just purchased a used 2006 Kia Sportage and I love it. The Salesman Sean Craig was a great guy and did a great job getting me into my new ride. Then when I think the deal is done I get a call the next day with an even better one with a lower interest rate and lower payment. How cool is that. Everyone I met was very nice and very helpful.
