I feel that Chris Fann really took advantage of me by first telling me that they were having record month and had some extra incentive money and could get me into the Kia Sedona Van that we wanted.  I was really satisfied with the car and went along with the deal.  I signed all papers while waiting on car to be cleaned up.  Finance man said that the payment was $660 or close and we agreed but he failed to tell me that they had changed the length from 72 months to 75 months and he knew that we would not go along with that and it would have not been discovered had I not looked at the papers when I got home and they also insisted on me signing the form stating that we couldn't back out of the deal or no cooling off period and I didn't know why that was so important until I found that they had changed the original contract. from 72 to 75 months. I feel that something from the Kia company or Keefer Kia should take place but I was told by Chris that nothing could be done.  I HOPE THAT KEEFER KIA OR KIA COMPANY DOESN'T NEED MONEY SO BAD THAT THEY HAVE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS OR ME LIKE THEY DID.  I promise that I will not do business with your company any more and will do my best to let people know what was done with the finance papers knowing that we wouldn't take time to read all those papers.  Up until today, I would have given your company a good recommendation but no more. I probably won't hear from Kia but I feel better after writing this response.  JERRY MILLS SR

Chris fann was a huge help in purchasing our daughter's Optima. We called to find out what Optima models were available. They got all of the info together for the car she wanted. We drove down, passing a number of other Kia dealerships on the 80 mile drive to Keffer. They had the car we wanted & pricing just like they said on the phone. I hate going through the whole buying a new car dance but these guys made it a wonderful experience. Would definitely come back to buy our next car.

The service at Keffer Kia was great! I have researched and called every Kia dealership around and Chris was by far the nicest and easiest sales manager to work with of all the dealerships. I am so thankful for such a great experience in buying my car. It was definitely worth the 70-80 mile drive past all the other dealerships to work with Chris and Shannon. I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the market for a new car.
