This was by far the best car buying experience I have evr had. Shannon made the process easy and understandable. From the top down all the epeople I spoke with at Keffer Kia helped me at every turn.

Hands down, shopped at Folger and Dale Jarret Kia, got their "so called bottom price". Turned around and called Keffer and without knowing what I was quoted, beat the lowest price by 4,000!!! Now that's a rock bottom price deal. Well worth the 45min drive to save thousands!!!!  Driving off the lot with a new 2012 Kia Sorento!! Thanks Keffer and a BIG THANKS to Shannon Moore for not wasting a customers time or gas by giving us the true "rock bottom price" If you are looking for a new car, this is diffently worth the drive!!

I drove 70 miles to come to Keffer after multiple phone calls with Shannon and Chris. They provided amazing service and I could not have asked for a better experience for buying a car. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and will look to them in the future. The drive was definitely worth it anyone looking for a Kia should call Keffer because there is NOT another Kia dealership with better service.

Shannon Moore, Chris Fan, and Sean Craig worked together to help me obtain a great deal and an even better car than I imagined I could leave with. I called them non-stop for a whole week and they always took my calls. They worked with my low credit score when no one else would. I am so happy that I found them. Shannon is so personable and they all were willing to explain and answer anything I asked. I will definitely refer my sister to them since she is in the market for a car. With the gas prices the way they are, I drove from South Charlotte to Mooresville...so that says alot. I would highly recommend working with Keffer Kia of Mooresville.
