My husband and I have looking at vehicles for awhile.  Every other dealership we have went to it seemed like we were getting the run around.  I saw the 2012 Kia Optima on line and called the dealership.  I spoke to Shawn Tate and made an appointment with him to test drive the car.  The test drive was great and coming to a figure to buy the car wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  We did not get the run around from Shawn.  Thanks, Shawn

For me a car is something to get me safely from point A to point B.   I'm not that interested in shopping around, much less haggling at a car dealership.

I drove 2 hours to the  Keffer Dealership to test drive the car I wanted.   I must say it was truly a pleasure.  Shawn Tate, a very nice gentleman,  was wonderful.   He was there to help me,  not to pressure me.   I would recommend him to anyone.   Karri and Brian also helped make the whole transaction go smoothly.

I hope my next car buying experience is as nice as this one.

I had a brief discussion with Shawn a few days earlier and since there were no dealerships near me, decided to shop around.  I gathered pricing from 7 dealerships on the same model that I wanted and Keffer beat all of the prices.  While I was checking pricing, the exact car I wanted was sold that morning, but the dealership called and let me know and even got me an upgraded car for a minimal increase.  

It was a very painful fast experience and I'd recommend the dealership and Shawn and his management team to anyone.

WOW, what a phenomenal experience!!!! I talked with Shawn Tate for several days over the phone after locating a Hummer on the internet. Not only was he 100% professional, but he had a down to earth, warm-spirited personality. After traveling 3.5 hours, he made sure that all was in order. The Hummer was immaculate, his personality and professionalism was exceptional, and his sense of humor was a welcomed addition. When you find someone who truly loves his job, its a special gift. Keffer Kia, you have an employee who gives 110% of his time each and every day, and you are blessed to have such an awesome employee.

He is truly a professional at what he do. It felt like it was a 100 degrees outside and Shawn catered to me in every way. The only time I was outside was when I pulled up on the lot and when I left. He brought several car up to me with the aircondition on

and made my decision easy I will send all my family and friends to see him.

Although we ultimately did not get to purchase a vehicle from Keffer Kia, it was a pleasant experience overall. Sales person Shawn Tate and Financial Mgr, Chris, tried very hard to come to an agreement on a deal. We spent 4 hrs there on Memorial Day trying to reach a purchase and Keffer did a very admirable job trying to reach the terms with what we needed. My fiance' and I were in a unique situation and we knew we were asking for a difficult achievement - so there were no hard feelings whatsoever that the deal didn't come through. We really liked the Sorento and hopefully some day one of those can be in our driveway!

We purchased a 2011 Kia Optima on 2/21. We love this car! Shawn was great to work with - no pressure and very patient. We have already recommended Keffer Kia to friends and family.

I knew i was at the right place to buy this car when i met Shawn. Shawn did not pressure me in any way  and was available to answer all my questions. I knew before getting to the lot of what inventory was on the lot and i had a vehicle in mind. Shawn was instrumental in helping me with the information on the vehicle and didnt try to sell me something i didnt want. Shawn was very courteous and was able to multi task as the lot was extremely busy on Saturday.
